  • Exception: Refunds will be given if the studio is closed due to a pandemic/social isolating.

  • Classes cannot be scheduled before 9:00 am or when Irish Dance classes are being held.

  • Ages 14 & up. Slings can support individuals weighing up to 200 lbs.

  • Avoid eating before class.

  • Equipment: yoga mat (optional)

An inversion is any time your heart is higher than your head.

Inversions are not for everyone and can be dangerous for students with certain medical conditions. Please fill out your registration forms carefully and discuss all medical conditions with your instructor.

Inversions should NOT be practiced by anyone suffering from high blood pressure, eye problems (such as glaucoma or a detached retina), neck injuries/problems or heart problems, including a previous stroke, sinus problems, epilepsy, arthritis, bone problems or by women who are pregnant.

Participants can still get a wonderful stretch and find new joy in their yoga practice even if they cannot do inversions.

Class Attire

  • Wear layers of athletic clothing that are comfortable and easy to move in. Shirts will need to be able to be tucked into waistbands.

  • For the comfort of your classmates, be clean and avoid wearing scented products, such as perfume or body sprays.

  • Street shoes are not allowed inside the studio.

NB: Inversions are not required to participate in Air Yoga.
