12th Annual Spring Feis
WAIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE FEIS! Print one out from the bottom of this info block.
Feis email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Payment (Venmo only) is due at the time of registration. A dancer is not registered until they have paid; registrations not accompanied by payment will be deleted. Registration is limited and on a first come/first paid basis. Registrations will not be accepted after March 18, 2022, but registration may close early if the feis capacity is reached. There are no refunds, transfers or credits for the event, including for team members who cannot dance because not all of the team has entered the feis. Your payment confirmation is your Venmo receipt; we will not be emailing payment confirmations.
Changes to registrations will not be accepted. Only one registration form per dancer may be submitted.
Champion & Preliminary dancers must provide their own dongle for set dance music being played on a Bluetooth device.
Dancers must pick up their own awards by the conclusion of the their dance session/the event. Awards will not be given to anyone but the dancer and will not be given after the event has concluded.
There will not be an 8 bar wait in between dancers.
We will have a for sale rack at this event.
Scores will be posted to the RTN members' page for our member teachers. Non-RTN member schools may purchase their dancers' results for $10/grade feiseanna: $15/championships; order via Venmo - put your dancers' name, age, level(s) & school name in the memo.
Grievances must be submitted in writing, stating dance school, dancer's name, age & the level/dance/event in question. Teachers, parents and dancers may not approach judges or tabulation workers at all during the day and must not interrupt the event in any way.
MASKS MAY BE REQUIRED
All attendees may need to wear masks inside the building. If this is the case, attendees will be limited to the dancer and 1 adult or guardian. Dancers with medical conditions may remove their masks while dancing (have a doctor's note if this accommodation is needed), and then put them on again as soon as they are finished dancing. *We recommend dancers practice in their masks to prepare for the feis.
